We have a wide range of food and drink pitches from an eclectic mix of suppliers.
Food
Project Seven will be doing all your usual snacks and sarnies, but we also have a dedicated “Butler Fuel Re-Fuel Zone” with a marquee and seating, food including including:
Fish & Chip bar
Waffle on a stick
Strawberries and Cream
Afternoon Tea provided by Tiffins Tea Emporium
Ice Cream
Doughnuts
Bar
We have a fully licensed bar selling beers, wine and ciders provided by the White Horse in Sudbury, where we intend to keep prices very reasonable. We will also be running a beer festival with beers from Greene King, Nethergate (including the LeeStock Ale) and Mill Green Brewery plus some limited edition LeeStock Beer Fest Glasses. We also have free samples of apple juice being supplied by Copella, if you fancy giving a donation in return we would be very happy!
Bring your own policy
We will be benefiting from all profits from the bar and some from our caterers so please spend freely but if you wish to bring your own you are welcome to. Please don’t bring any of your own alcohol (a license condition I’m afraid) or any glass. Most of all enjoy yourself and enjoy any alcohol responsibly. We look forward to welcoming you. https://www.drinkaware.co.uk/
PS If you fancy some food before coming to the event, our principal supporters McDonald’s Sudbury are offering discounted meals on the 25th and 26th as are the Sudbury Wetherspoons. Enjoy!
