LeeStock is a Music Festival held in memory of Sudbury man Lee Dunford who sadly passed away in 2006 from Hodgkins Lymphoma aged just 21. The profit raised by the music festival and other events held by LeeStock, are donated to The Willow Foundation who organise special days for seriously ill 16-40 year old’s. The charity arranged for Lee and his band to travel to London, record their EP and put them up in a hotel overnight. Lee was an amazing-caring guy who is deeply missed by all his friends and family.
The Tom Sanderson Band will be playing at LeeStock on Sunday 3rd June at The MEL Group Stadium in Sudbury. American band Wheatus will be headlining the festival supported by D:Ream, Mark Morriss from The Bluetones and Nigel Clark of Dodgy. Many more acts will be playing throughout the day – view the full line up for further details.
Doors open at 11:30am with tickets available at only £20.00. AFC Sudbury have their own Music Festival Live & Kicking at the same venue the following day on Monday 4th June see online for details.
